All of our packages are designed with the bride in mind to make sure she can kick back and enjoy the day she's always dreamed of! The Total Package
The full service planning is our most inclusive package. With unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails, there will never be a moment when Designs by Cindy isn’t assisting you during the planning process. Our initial meetings are spent getting to know the couple inside and out, with discussions about your wedding vision and the next steps for the planning ahead. We make sure you fully understand every part of the planning, so you feel comfortable and stress free throughout. We guide you through every step of the planning process: budget management, décor and floral development, food and beverage design, etiquette and a complete vendor selection. We work closely with our brides and grooms to create unforgettable moments, not only for the couple, but also for their family and friends too. Let us handle every detail of the planning and the entire wedding weekend so you can enjoy each moment!
Partial Package
Our partial planning packages are customized to best fit your needs when you contact us. We handle the remaining vendor selection process, refer any additional vendors as needed and ensure that you are making all of your wedding planning decisions in a timely manner. We will be the main point of contact for all vendors as we develop and manage your wedding weekend time line and make sure all of your T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. Our professional planners are ready to step in and handle the additional planning, so you can relax and enjoy the entire wedding experience.
Day-of Package
After all the planning you have accomplished with your wedding, Designs by Cindy will be on site to ensure that your big day goes just as planned. We will work with you a few months before your wedding to understand all planning that has been accomplished thus far and can make referrals to vendors if necessary. We will manage the last minute details with all of your vendors, finalize contracts, develop and manage your wedding timeline, and orchestrate your rehearsal and wedding day. We will be with you every last step of the way, so you don’t have to worry about anything leading up to your wedding. Allow us to handle every detail so you and your family can enjoy the wedding weekend with your guests
Party Coordination
Birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette parties, dinners, childrens parties,holiday parties and cocktail parties – Designs By Cindy will handle all aspects of the planning for your next social occasion. We will customize each event to your specific needs. On the day of your party, you will be your own guest and not worry about a thing!
